9 months to develop (7 cycles) state rollout 1 team of 5 people plus BTS resources 20 officer working group, 805 officer rollout RFT with operation trials. Design & construct roadside unit & RFT cameras (.Net), Jboss backend integrating COPS and RTA numberplates. Statewide roadside trials and training / certification.
