• Developing HF relevant integration plans for complex engineering projects for transport, rail, enforcement and border crossing projects
• Human Machine Interface design specialists including kiosks and mobility systems
• Queue Management 
• Customer - Operator Interaction
• HF requirements as inputs to design
• Apply innovative HF analysis methods and identify opportunities to improve safety and performance through HF integration
• Carry out HF analysis assessments through the use of applied HF techniques including; hierarchical task analysis, human error/reliability analysis, workload assessment and end-user consultation
• Facilitate workshops and structured interviews with subject matter experts identifying HF issues and maintain project HF issues registers
• Facilitate risk/safety assurance workshops
